Workforce Inc. CEO Gregg Keesling leads community outreach and oversees arrangements with partner organizations to recruit and place program participants. Mr. Keesling has a background in international business. He is the co­founder of Keys to Work, a staffing and workforce develop­ment firm that has competed successfully for government contracts to help at-risk workers find sustainable jobs. Mr. Keesling is an active voice in the public policy debate about workforce issues, welfare reform, responsible fatherhood, and alternatives to incarceration. He is active in the Downtown Rotary Club and is a Certified Hotel Administrator as well as a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP).

              Michael Cross, Vice President/COO of Workforce Inc., is in charge of programming and development. Mr. Cross is an experienced non-profit executive, researcher, lecturer and program development consultant. From 2001-2004 he was Vice President of the Indianapolis Center for Leader­ship Development where he managed mentoring and youth scholarship programs. Prior to his work at CLD, Mr. Cross established one of the country's first Male Responsibility Programs for the Detroit Urban League, which encompassed mentoring, scholarship, violence prevention, and conflict resolu­tion and job skills development. Mr. Cross holds a dual mas­ters degree from the University of Michigan in social work and community organization.

           Thomas Gray, President of Recycle Force runs the daily operations of the e-waste social enterprise. Mr. Gray is a former Wall Street securities analyst, with a specialization in international markets. Since moving to Indianapolis seven years ago, he has acted as a strategic consultant to a wide range of successful small businesses in the Indianapolis area. Mr. Gray has also served on the boards of several local non­profits. He is a Certified Financial Analyst and holds a PhD from Princeton University.
